OL’ SOUTH Fine Swine Bar-B-Que Sauce is a sauce Richard Swindell has made and perfected through a period of ten years. Originally made for his family’s enjoyment, Fine Swine BBQ sauce was chosen to be the only sauce served at the Cockeyed Pig B-B-Q Company restaurant in Gallatin, TN. The restaurant manager grew to love bar-b-que while growing up in Texas and honed his skills on the BBQ Circuit, which included Memphis in May. The manager and owner agreed that this sauce was the best they had ever tasted. This led to the decision to bottle and sell the product in stores and restaurants throughout the country for the world to enjoy. Our company, R&R Condiments, was licensed and began business on September 11, 2010. It is produced at the Cumberland Culinary Center in Lebanon, Tennessee. and distributed from 1909 Bartons Cove, Lebanon, Tennessee.
